Chip is made out of 15.5 lbs of SIMMS, 12 lbs of Circuit Boards / Finger Cards and 25.83 lbs of CPUs all donated by FREE BYTES, a nonprofit organization that reuses and recycles computer equipment.
This was be sold on Nov. 13, 2003, as part of the Live Auction. CowParade Atlanta auctioned the best of breed at the World Congress Center from 6 to 9 p.m.
